ANYONE CAN LEARN TO DRAW!-BEGINNER’S CLASS INTRODUCING OUR NEW INSTRUCTOR ARTIST CURTIS NEWMAN
The Beginner's Drawing Class will be held the following dates;
Class Objectives:
January 22– Drawing still life (non-living objects) with emphasis on shapes, positive and negative space, measuring and proportions.
February 19- Exploring shading and texture to capture how light, colors and patterns can create depth and the illusion of surface quality.
March 19– Understanding perspective in drawing to represent three dimensional objects on a flat surface, creating the illusion of depth by making objects appear smaller as they move further away from the viewer.
For Ages 16 and older. All supplies are included! No experience required. Pre-registration is required. Curtis said, “No matter what your experience level is or what talent you think you lack, I’ll get you started to see things differently and begin drawing what you see. Don’t worry, we’ll start really easy and build from that! Drawing is a great pastime, hobby and an incredible way to empower yourself to express yourself, communicate with others and study everything around you! See you there!”
